What happens when two titans of the classical music world collide? The sparks will fly as violin superstar Benjamin Beilman returns to the DC area following his debut with the Berlin Philharmonic at the Kennedy Center, joined this time by the luminary talent Gloria Chien on piano for a program filled with virtuosic fireworks, intense passion, and tender beauty, reflecting on the one-of-a-kind journey of Beilman's 1740 "Ysaÿe" Guarneri del Gesù violin (on loan from the Nippon Foundation). Constellations has commissioned a brand new work by composer Chris Rogerson to celebrate the occasion!
